Amy Chan Bik-Wan is a light artist, theatre practitioner, practicing pathologist and the Artistic Director of Drama COLLABoratory. She graduated from The Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts with a Master of Fine Arts degree (with distinction) in lighting design. She has been working as light artist, lighting designer, director and performer since 1991, including light installation for A Tree to be Found, an award-winning installation of Hong Kong Arts Biennial 2003. Her recent works includes light installation-lecture-performance HYPER-PLASIA (PSi#23, Hamburg, 2017) and solo light installation Memento Mori: Sonata for Light (Lumenvisum, Hong Kong, 2017). She was the co-creator, co-director, scenographer and lighting designer of The Hong Kong Plague of 1894 (2014), and the creator, director, performer, scenographer and lighting designer of Morbid Anatomy (2016).
