Academy of Talented Artists (ATA) is a division of the Community Welfare Projects Foundation Limited (CWPF). CWPF is a public charity institution and was formally registered as a charity under the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Section 88 in 1985.

One of the missions of ATA is to promote Classical music and support local young talented artists. ATA helps young music talents to persue top level professional musical trainning and supports them in the music field multidimensionally.
