All members of Faust International Youth Theatre in term 3 will perform live in a Hong Kong theatre. The Faust Festival is a showcase for new talent, a chance for the children of Hong Kong to display their performing abilities and a celebration of the excitement of theatre for children and adults alike. Performances are many and varied, with a wide selection to choose from.

The Faust Festival 2014 takes place at the McAulay Studio in the Hong Kong Arts Centre (2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai) and runs from May 20th through to June 14th.

This year we have over 60 performances to choose from, performed by children aged from 4 through to 16. There are traditional fairy tales retold in a modern day setting, literary classics brought to life on stage, classic tales from olden days through to modern day stories. Whatever your age and whatever your interest we are sure you will find something to enjoy!

This year we are also celebrating our 15th successful season and have chosen 34 plays that we have performed over the last 15 years. Some of these have been written specifically for the festival, others have been adapted to the talents of our young members.
